ORDER LIFECYCLE
Find a saved inbound order, production order, or source message key. This view joins its import evidence, planned or released order, routed units, quality state, and traceability handoffs without changing production state.
Search for a reviewed inbound order or production order.
No lifecycle selected.
Choose a result to review its lifecycle.
BATCH RECONCILIATION
Find a production order to compare routed-unit and quality evidence with every order- or unit-linked delivery. Review closeout blockers, inspect exact delivery evidence, and explicitly stage confirmations derived from recorded production events.
Search for a planned, released, or completed production order.
No order selected.
Choose an order to compare production evidence, closeout readiness, and confirmations.
SAP INTEGRATION
Prepare separate, versioned settings for ECC or S/4HANA. Saving stores configuration only—it does not install a native adapter, test credentials, connect to SAP, or activate delivery.
Configure ECC or S/4HANA below, then choose OData reads, BAPI/RFC business transactions or IDoc reception. Use saved revisions and secret references for access.
Refresh to see saved settings for this site.
CONNECTED OPERATIONS
Review SAP configuration, order synchronization, outbound delivery, edge readiness, telemetry freshness, and operational alerts together.
The status reflects recorded application evidence. It does not establish a SAP, broker, OPC UA, or machine connection.
Refresh to load current readiness.
Review the latest SAP and equipment transport reads, configuration readiness and errors together. Results describe the recorded read; they do not imply an active continuous connection.
Refresh to load configured pilot revisions.
Review posting outcomes, registered receiver nodes and the evidence for a complete SAP-to-manufacturing workflow.
Choose a connection to review operations.
Select actual accepted reads, an imported and completed order, and its confirmed SAP posting. Include equipment evidence when the workflow uses a connected resource. This review records acceptance; use the usual workspaces to perform execution and quality checks.
EQUIPMENT CONNECTIVITY
Create an OPC UA or MQTT profile, complete its administrator pilot setup, and review local sample evidence before a read-only plant pilot. Saving a profile or setup does not open a network connection.
Refresh to see edge connector profiles.
ERP COMPATIBILITY
Map canonical production evidence to a partner’s HTTPS JSON bridge. These mappings are not native IDoc, RFC, or OData adapters. Local simulations never contact SAP or prove real partner acceptance.
Requires a released contract and a draft or suspended HTTP_JSON route of the same message type. Previously attempted deliveries prevent changing their route contract. Binding does not activate the route.
CONFIRMATION CONTROL
Compare production evidence with staged messages and ERP acknowledgements. Review a selection before staging, replacing, cancelling, or recovering it.
Find an order to review its confirmations.
CONTROLLED DEFINITIONS
Find the exact revision behind a product, route, resource, operation, or BOM before you plan production.
Load the catalog to view this site’s controlled definitions.
Select a definition to see its revision, status, and controlled structure.
OPERATOR STATION
Scan or enter one SFC. The station shows its current route, quality state, recorded work, and only the existing actions that are currently available.
Press Alt+S to focus the scanner field, then Enter to load the unit. Loading does not start an operation.
CURRENT UNIT
CONTROLLED INSTRUCTIONS
Released instructions for the active operation appear here.
WIP DISPATCH
Read-only queue for this site. Filter work by state, resource, unit, order, or material, then inspect its controlled context before acting.
CONTROLLED INSTRUCTIONS
Draft and release an operation-specific instruction. Required instructions must be acknowledged during the matching active operation before completion.
QUALITY DISPOSITION
Records a controlled decision for an open defect. It does not bypass defect closure, release-hold, or existing routing safeguards.
After recording a REWORK decision, assign the one rework operation that will be required once the defect is closed and the hold is released.
An independent verifier records closure evidence before normal routing can resume.
INSPECTION WORKSPACE
Draft and release one sample-based inspection plan per operation. A released plan requires a passing result before that operation can complete.
INSPECTION RESULT
PRODUCTION HISTORY
Review scoped events for one unit, including routing, quality, instruction, and integration-linked evidence.
INBOUND ORDERS
Map the incoming fields and select released manufacturing definitions. Save a review first, then create a planned order from the queue. Repeating the same source and message key returns its original record.
Preview the incoming order to review mapped values and validation issues.
Use a saved production-order mapping, then review the same released definitions before saving an inbound-order record. This does not contact SAP.
Select a saved SAP settings revision and preview one source record.
Load CSV or JSON, or paste up to 50 source records with a unique message key. The current released definitions are applied to every record. All records must be ready before the batch can enter review.
JSON uses {"messageKey":"…","sample":{…}} records. CSV requires messageKey; all other columns become SAP source fields.
Preview a batch before saving it.
Choose a JSON or CSV file to load up to 50 messages into the batch review below. Files are read in this browser and are not uploaded until you preview and save the batch.
JSON uses an array of {"messageKey":"…","payload":{…}} objects. CSV requires a messageKey column; its other columns become payload fields.
Use the current source system, mapping, and released definitions for up to 50 messages. Each item needs a unique message key and one JSON payload. Preview records no imports.
Preview a batch to review each item before saving it.
Refresh imports to review saved messages.
INTEGRATION HUB FOUNDATION
Accept scoped integration envelopes and stage canonical ERP messages. Partner delivery requires an enabled adapter and an active connector and route.
Refresh connectors to check ERP delivery status.
Refresh the delivery queue to review staged messages.
Validate a versioned canonical message before staging it. The preview has no external side effect.
Draft a named revision, validate its source payload, then release it for controlled reuse.
Refresh to review mapping profiles.
Define an HTTPS connector using a secret reference, then review and activate it. The ERP delivery adapter must also be configured and enabled for that connector before messages can be sent.
Refresh to review connector revisions.
Bind one released mapping profile to an active connector for a message type. Activating an outbound route makes matching staged deliveries available to the lease runtime.
Refresh to review message routes.
OPERATOR QUALIFICATION

DISPATCH CONTROL
Priority 1 is urgent. Due dates and released resource assignments shape the dispatch board. Reservations protect available floor stock; they do not issue or consume it.
Refresh the dispatch board to view scheduled orders.
Planning details will appear here.
Remaining demand uses the released BOM and unfinished units. Reservations are shown separately from free stock so planned allocations cannot be counted twice. Issued material becomes actual use only when it is recorded against an active unit from the same order. Unit conversion is not inferred.
Refresh to calculate material readiness.
Refresh to review active reservations.
Register expiry-controlled lots before scanning them into actual material use. Quarantined or expired lots are blocked server-side.
Refresh to review managed material lots.
Approval retains the released BOM and authorizes only the named substitute, quantity, order, and unit. It must be carried through reservation, issue, and active-unit consumption.
Refresh to review substitution requests.
Review each issued balance, recorded use, reversal, return, scrap, substitute authorization, and captured lot identifiers before order closeout.
Refresh to review material balances.
CONTROLLED ROUTE
Pins the order to released material, BOM, and routing revisions.
CONTROLLED ROUTE
Creates one numbered SFC per unit; the prefix is not a production routing step.
For unpinned legacy workflows only. Use a routed order for released definitions.
TRACEABILITY
Read-only genealogy for the signed-in tenant and site. Find what a unit consumed, or which units used a scanned component.
No trace query run.
Trace results will appear here after a search.
